Return & Shipping Policies

Return Policy:

Kesper Supply accepts returns within 30 days of shipment.  Shipping/freight charges are not refundable.  To initiate a refund, contact us using the contact us page listed at the bottom of our website.    Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used when the order was replaced. 

Returns for items that are not defective must be returned in “New” condition will no missing packaging, parts or accessories.  Items that have been installed or show signs of wear will not be accepted.  Items that have serial number that do not match our records will not be accepted.

Many manufacturers will require you to contact them if an item is found to be defective before attempting to return the item to us.  Please, contact us if you need assistance getting in contact with the manufacturer.


Shipping Policy:

Most orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped same day(M-F) if placed before 3pm Eastern.  Orders are typically processed immediately and therefore typically can’t be cancelled for in-stock merchandise.  Products are shipped from our warehouses in New Jersey and Florida.
